We understand the challenges of working in the behavioral health field, including issues such as burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma. ncgCARE is dedicated to being a Trauma-Informed, Resilience-Oriented Care organization. Continuous Improvement

To fulfil our commitment to being the best provider, be believe personal and professional growth is the key to continued success. We provide training and professional development opportunities to enable our team members to take on new challenges and stay up-to-date on behavioral health best practices. We also offer free CE's and licensure supervision. 


We believe in doing the right thing, even when it's not the easiest thing. ncgCARE's Compliance Program provides employees with training on ethics and compliance and includes an anonymous hotline to report concerns. All employees complete this training annually to maintain standards.
