We provide training and professional development opportunities to enable our team members to take on new challenges and stay up-to-date on behavioral health best practices. We also offer free CE's and licensure supervision.
Integrity
We believe in doing the right thing, even when it's not the easiest thing. ncgCARE's Compliance Program provides employees with training on ethics and compliance and includes an anonymous hotline to report concerns. All employees complete this training annually to maintain standards.
